Wired CloudLabs into engineering's Jenkins pipeline so a fresh build reached customer-facing teams within hours of release. Separately shipped 80+ integration tests in a stack I had never used, under agentic direction — the test strategy was the reason that worked.

On-demand environments your sales engineers, support team, or customers can provision themselves — wired into your CI/CD so what they show is the current build, not a stale snapshot. Automated teardown and cost control included, because that is what makes it survivable.

This is CloudLabs. Built it at Apstra, scaled it through the Juniper acquisition, and it ran onboarding for a Fortune 500 sales organization. It is still running.

Embedded Team Ramp-Up
Months, not days · remote-first
I work alongside your team — learning your stack, mapping your workflows, and helping engineers see what they didn't know to look for. Not a training deck. Not a slide review. Standing access to someone who will give you a straight answer about where AI helps and where it is a distraction.
Done this before
Six months embedded with a lean DevOps team at a major league sports organization, working out where AI could accelerate their infrastructure automation. They never funded the initiative — which is why I now ask whether the mandate has a budget behind it before either of us commits months. The audit exists to answer that for the price of a week, not a quarter.
How I work
Scoped, not open-ended
Every engagement has a defined boundary and a deliverable. If I think the scope is wrong, I will say so before we start rather than bill through it.
You own everything
Code, infrastructure, documentation, runbooks. No proprietary runtime, no license, no dependency on me to keep it running. The goal is a system your team operates.
The right tool, not just AI
Plenty of problems on this list are better solved with a script, a queue, or deleting a process. I will tell you when that is the case. It is why the audit exists.
